ABVP stands for the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners.  These initials identify a veterinarian who has had extensive training and passed an examination process that promotes the highest standard of contemporary clinical practice.  Only several hundred veterinarians in the nation carry these credentials.  Your veterinarian is dedicated to the quality care expected of a doctor with ABVP distinction.

Aloha Animal Hospital has PennHip certified doctors.  The technique assesses the quality of the canine hip and quantitatively measures canine hip joint laxity. The PennHIP method of evaluation is more accurate than the current standard in its ability to predict the onset of osteoarthritis
